Log into your FragFlex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Securely
Place the unused fragrance in its original designer box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location at your convenience.
